Protein Balls made with Muscle Gain

1 cup Muscle Gain chocolate (vanilla works too)… Read More
1 cup Peanut Butter (the organic from Costco ROCKS!)
1 cup Honey (find something local & organic)
4 cups nuts (your choice) our current favorite mix is Almonds, Walnuts, Pecans & oats.

Chop or put the nuts in a food processor, keep the oats whole, mix it all up and roll into small balls. Keep in the fridge. Can be frozen.

A great variation is to put the nuts in the food processor and chop them finely. Vanilla Muscle gain with mini choc chips. Tastes exactly like chocolate chip cookie dough (hat tip Dawn Steggerda!)
